Shipping Details
Shipping information, including address, postal code, contact number must be confirmed before delivery. Before payment, please make sure your address in order must match the address you would like us to send to.
Shipping service for reference
Generally, we provide express shipping service like DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT and post air mail service like China Post, Singapore Post, Hong Kong Post. And freight can be prepaid and freight collect. For freight prepaid, shipping cost will be figured out manually according to the order’s weight, courier, shipping address. For freight collect, a valid DHL/FedEx/UPS/TNT account is needed for shipping; in this case, shipping cost will be billed to the account.

Our customer support is available. Monday through Friday: 09:00AM to 6:00PM BJT; Saturday: 9:00AM to 5:00PM BJT; Sunday: Closed.
Duties & Taxes
For international orders, all additional local taxes, duties, GST, tariffs and fees should be customers'(your) responsibilities. Resulting from the complexity of international shipping, we are not able to provide any estimate and quote of these amounts, so please contact local customs station with any problems or questions. Regarding the declared value on the package, we're happy to follow your wish, just feel free to contact us.
Delivery Time
No doubt that we do our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. But sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the Courier Company and local customs. If you do not receive your item on time, please contact us immediately for further assistance. Thank you for your understanding.
